NIST

NIST helps Brewer Science by characterizing our next-generation lithography materials and measuring their properties, specifically with regard to outgassing, optical properties, and absorption versus wavelength. This work gives us a better understanding of our advanced materials and chemistries. The knowledge we have gained from collaborating with NIST will be very valuable for improving our existing materials and designing new ones for future technologies. We chose to work with NIST because of the unique capabilities it has as a measurement standards lab. Our hope is that this collaboration will allow Brewer Science to design better products that push the industry forward. Our goal is to use what we have learned during this work with NIST to improve the performance of our materials and to spark further innovation.
